Village Battle Royale – The League of Legends tournament streamed live on the social network Lotus on the evening of May 23, witnessed the convincing crowning of “Dụt King” by Ech Esports – the League of Legends team featuring Nam Ech, Smile, and their teammates.
Among the defeated opponents of Ech Esports, Team Dụt once again became a name to be honored in the final match.

In the first match, the showdown between the teams 5 Anh Em Wiboo and Bình Gas Gaming ended with a dominating victory for Bình Gas. Meanwhile, the fierce battle between the ladies of V Gaming and Ech Esports unfolded with great tension, featuring many moments of “turning the tables” from both teams.
V Gaming proved why they are considered the top-rated professional female League of Legends team in the Vietnamese esports scene, as they continuously overpowered Nam Ech and his teammates during the laning phase.

However, Ech Esports – a team comprising some of the tournament’s most enigmatic players, proved they were far from ordinary. They might lose in the lanes, but when it came to team fights, Ech Esports showcased superior decision-making, led by the ultra-tank champion Yorick, controlled by captain Nam Ech.
V Gaming’s relatively fragile lineup began to falter towards the end of the match, lacking an effective initiation champion and not having enough durability to withstand the damage output of Vayne in the hands of Smile.

In the end, Bình Gas Gaming and Ech Esports defeated 5 Anh Em Wiboo and V Gaming respectively to advance to the finals of the Village Battle Royale.
The Village Battle Royale tournament concluded with a convincing victory for Team Ech Esports
In the previous match, Bình Gas Gaming demonstrated formidable form and proved they were a worthy opponent for Ech Esports. Unfortunately, a disconnection issue from the ADC position of Bình Gas Gaming caused them to lose to Nam Ech and his teammates, missing the chance to “give Team Dụt a hard time” with regret.
Winning the finals, Ech Esports faced off against the “final boss” – Team Dụt. Familiar names to fans like captain Vũ Hay Ho, Đạt OC, Mailinhzuto… had the advantage of “greeting from the afternoon”, as Team Dụt’s goal in this match was nothing less than victory, to prove to fellow CTers who the “true king of Village Dụt” really was.

And we must also commend captain Vũ Hay Ho of Team Dụt, who confidently stated to the media before the tournament: “Our team participates in this tournament to either win or finish second.”
Of course, with their presence in the finals as the “final boss”, Vũ Hay Ho’s claim was completely justifiable. And in the end, Team Dụt did… indeed finish second.
It seemed that after observing the two tense matches of Ech Esports, Team Dụt would have additional time to conclude and analyze the strengths and weaknesses of their opponents, thus devising a reasonable strategy to counter.

However, this advantage seemed to have no impact, as captain Nam Ech proved that once his team was filled with the spirit of victory, their strength was unstoppable. Moreover, Team Dụt made a rather confident play by deciding not to ban the champion Sion – the signature champion that made Nam Ech’s name.
And what had to happen did happen, with a lineup consisting of the signature champions of each member, especially Sion in the hands of Nam Ech and Caitlyn in the hands of Smile, Ech Esports effortlessly crushed Team Dụt in just over 28 minutes of play, despite the opposing team having the duo Mai Linh – Văn Pháp.

In conclusion, Ech Esports became the champion of the Village Battle Royale tournament after three extremely tense matches against tough opponents. A truly deserving result for Nam Ech and his teammates.
