Nasus is a very old champion in League of Legends and one of the easiest characters to play in this game. The playstyle of this divine dog is extremely simple, trying to farm as many stacks of Q – Siphoning Strike as possible and then overpowering opponents in the late game thanks to that massive damage.

That playstyle may have been strong in earlier times, but with the rapid development of champions, Nasus has gradually become outdated due to lacking any mobility and being too easy to kite. Moreover, during the rise of streamer Teacher Ba, Nasus gradually earned the new nickname “Agent Susan 0175” thanks to this national teacher’s incredibly lackluster performance. It shows that Nasus is a champion who has become too outdated and needs urgent adjustments.

However, the difficulty for Riot Games is that they cannot just rework Nasus, as there are many other champions in a similar situation. Furthermore, Nasus’ skills are too simple and there’s nothing to upgrade to make “Susan 0175” more interesting. Imagine if Riot removed the ability to farm Q – Siphoning Strike stacks; the community would react strongly.

Anyway, this champion is currently in a very bad state, increasingly neglected, and Riot Games must do something. In the latest comments on the Reddit forum, the Director of League of Legends – Riot Meddler – shared that they are experimenting with increasing the power of all of Nasus’ skills based on the stacks of Q – Siphoning Strike.

Riot Meddler: “There are a few experiments we are trying that aim to make other skills besides Q – Siphoning Strike scale in power based on the number of stacks of Q. We don’t promise that these experiments will succeed and be implemented, so it’s likely they will just be simple buffs to the stats of the skills.”
Nasus’s most iconic skill is Q – Siphoning Strike, so it wouldn’t be surprising if Riot decided to revolve this champion’s skill set around it. Although Riot Games doesn’t guarantee that these adjustments will be applied, fans of the champion “Susan 0175” can rest assured that in the near future, Nasus will definitely be getting buffed, even if only a little.
