Tristana with Morello’s Evil Tome
If you didn’t know, when using her skills, Tristana’s auto-attacks deal additional magic damage. The special thing here is that Tristana’s empowered shots are counted as skills and apply the burn effect from Morello’s Evil Tome. Furthermore, this attack can bounce off multiple targets with the Sniper effect. Therefore, when Tristana has Morello’s Evil Tome, this champion can apply burn and healing reduction to many targets.

This is an extremely powerful item build in the early game, as Tristana can deal significant damage even without many items. Moreover, this build is an excellent counter to Bloodsucker systems and helps you break your opponent’s winning streak. If you notice that your opponent has strong units like Nasus or Vladimir, build a Morello’s Evil Tome for Tristana early on to counter them.
Kalista with Rabadon’s Deathcap
In the minds of many Teamfight Tactics players, Kalista should only use attack speed-enhancing items like Rapid Firecannon, Guinsoo’s Rageblade, or Runaan’s Hurricane. Of course, under ideal conditions, these items help Kalista deal the most damage. However, you can’t always get these items for Kalista as the Wooden Bow is highly contested in common selection rounds.

To quickly increase Kalista’s damage, you should use Rabadon’s Deathcap alongside attack speed items for this champion. Rabadon’s Deathcap will increase the percentage health value of each spear Kalista throws at enemy champions. This means Kalista doesn’t need to auto-attack too much to take down frontline units of the opponent. Therefore, if players need Kalista to deal large amounts of damage in a short time, Rabadon’s Deathcap is the perfect choice.
Rakan with Rapid Firecannon
One thing that few gamers notice is that Rakan’s dashes when using abilities depend on the attack range that this unit possesses. When equipping Rakan with a Rapid Firecannon, this unit can taunt opponents from the backline and significantly reduce the damage your team has to endure. This gives players a substantial advantage as their main damage dealer can freely deal damage while enemy champions are being controlled.

Of course, equipping Rapid Firecannon to Rakan is just a temporary strategy as this unit doesn’t deal too much damage. You can completely sell Rakan in later levels to transfer this important item to stronger carries like Olaf or Kayle. Nevertheless, this build will help players mitigate a lot of damage taken in the mid-game and gain a health advantage over other opponents.
