One of the compositions featuring numerous powerful champions that players are utilizing since Season 6.5 is Elegant. However, waiting too long for Zeri can be a hassle, while upgrading Talon to 3 stars is quite wasteful. Therefore, to play Elegant effectively, most players will focus on a champion that was already strong in Seasons 5 and 5.5, now appearing in TFT Season 6.5 – Draven.

Overview and Mechanics
The Elegant composition generally has mechanics that are quite similar to the Chosen in Seasons 4 and 4.5. Players have the chance to roll for Elegant champions with a VIP effect that helps increase power. If you want to change the champion with this effect, you must sell the initial VIP champion. Rolling for VIP Draven is quite difficult, so in this composition, it will be considered that no champions trigger the VIP effect from Elegant.

In the early game, players can aim to build the framework for the Elegant composition right away with Brand and Talon. These are two low-cost champions that are also quite easy to get to 2 stars early. Additionally, another name is Syndra, which will help trigger the Elegant trait for the composition from the very early levels. However, Syndra will be a bit harder to find.
Additionally, since the main carry is Draven, players need to save gold to level up rather than force rolling for champions. Therefore, from round 1-4 onwards, players need to level up consistently and, if necessary, can use gold to upgrade more quickly.

Moving into the mid-game, it is essential to have Draven or at least have Talon, Syndra, and Brand all at 2 stars to ensure damage output. With the appearance of Leona (Elegant – Guardian), players will have a solid frontline if they add sturdy Guardian champions or those with crowd control abilities, such as Blitzcrank, Tristana, and preferably Braum.

In the late game, it is necessary to complete the composition with 5 Elegants. Note that if there is no Elegant emblem, you should use 5 Elegants. If players roll Zeri, she will take Braum’s place as he will become weaker towards the end of the game. Add Guardians to strengthen the durability of the composition, and if you have many damage items, it’s advisable to add 1 Challenger (Tryndamere, Kai’Sa) to activate the trait for Draven. This will also provide a quality damage source in the late game.

Strengths and Weaknesses
This is quite a strong composition with Draven being a piece that has stable power progression and excellent attack speed. Moreover, if arranged properly, this can be a good counter against current hot metas like “Twitch and Friends” or Renata Brawler. Besides, Elegant also has full defensive capabilities, and Zeri’s damage output is no less impressive than Draven’s.

However, the weakness of this composition lies in the fact that both Zeri and Draven are expensive champions, requiring players to level up consistently. Moreover, items for Draven need to be not only optimal but also suitable for the game state. And with damage items still being highly contested, it can make it challenging for players to implement the desired composition.
Nevertheless, this is still a good rank climbing composition, with diverse and impressive damage output. Once executed properly, it can yield unexpected results for players in their rank climbing journey in the current Season 6.5.
