After the launch of Teamfight Tactics Season 6.5, one noticeable trend is the dominance of compositions featuring a lot of melee champions. Notable team comps like Brawlers – Renata, Aggression, Chemtech – Challenger are gradually showcasing their superiority. So how can we counter these types of compositions? The Ashe – Enforcer team, with its ability to slow attack speed and provide wide-area control, could be the answer to this puzzling question.

To successfully build the Ashe – Enforcer team, you need a strong start with Guardian – Marksman units at level 4. Typically, we start with Darius and Poppy in the front line, accompanied by Caitlyn and Ashe in the back line. This composition ensures both damage and durability while providing the ability to eliminate backline opponents with the skills of Poppy and Caitlyn.

In the mid-game phase, you should aim to activate the 3 Enforcer trait first to ensure Ashe’s survivability. Once you reach level 6, you will adopt a slow rolling strategy to quickly elevate Ashe to 3 stars to maximize damage output. Additionally, if you roll Braum, you can consider transitioning to a 5 Enforcer setup; otherwise, it’s best to stick with 3 Enforcers and add Sejuani to the team for the 2 Guardian trait with Caitlyn.

By the late game, you should focus on adding 4-cost units like Jhin, Orianna, or even Renata to the team to activate more powerful effects. By completing the 5 Enforcer trait and activating 2 Mechs and 2 Sorcerers, your team will become relatively “bulky” while also dealing substantial damage. Combined with Ashe’s attack speed slow and Zyra’s wide-area stun, the opponent’s melee units will see a significant decrease in effectiveness.

Regarding the choice of technology cores, upgrading the Sniper Core is the most crucial as it enhances Ashe and the Marksmen’s damage output significantly in the mid and late game. Moreover, you should also select the Melting Core, which adds bonus damage based on the target’s maximum health to eliminate the opponent’s “bulky” units faster. Additionally, the core providing the Enforcer Emblem is also very beneficial, allowing you to replace Darius with a stronger Guardian unit like Leona.
When it comes to itemization, Ashe has two main build styles: Infinity Edge – Blue Bow or Guinsoo’s Rageblade – Giant Slayer. You will opt for a critical strike build if the opponent has many Guardian champions, while the Guinsoo’s Rageblade build will help you take down high-health units more easily. The advice is to craft Guinsoo’s Rageblade if you have multiple Melting cores.
