Demons
To put it bluntly, the Demon composition is designed by Riot specifically for players who enjoy a hyper-roll playstyle. With up to 3 one-cost champions in the composition, players can upgrade their Demon units to 2 stars (even 3 stars) extremely quickly in the early game. As a result, your team will be incredibly strong and can secure a winning streak quite easily. If you achieve the 5 Demon threshold early, you can definitely aim for the top 1 position by the end of the match.

When hyper-rolling, you should prioritize buying as many Ziggs as possible. He will be your main carry in the early game, and players need to upgrade Ziggs to 3 stars as quickly as possible. The best items for Ziggs would be Blue Buff and Archangel’s Staff to maximize his damage output. If you receive many attack damage-enhancing items, you might consider choosing Kled as your carry instead of Ziggs.

Warriors – Armored
With the Warrior system having champions at all price levels from 1 to 5 gold, players can easily utilize this composition at any point in the game. Moreover, if you were familiar with a heavy rolling playstyle in the mid-game during Season 4, you will adapt very quickly to the Warrior composition in Season 5. The reason is that the Warrior team consists of 3 three-cost champions: Lee Sin, Pantheon, and Nidalee. These are all powerful units that can serve as main carries.

Thanks to this advantage, the Warrior team has stable strength at every stage of the game. Udyr and Trundle can be considered monsters in the early game. Champions like Lee Sin, Pantheon, and Nidalee are both resilient and can deal significant damage at stages 3, 4, and 5. By the end of the game, Jax and Viego are units that can provide your team with powerful damage and effects. If you’re unsure of what to play in Season 5, the Warrior composition is always the best choice.

Rangers
Essentially, the Ranger composition has a very simple playstyle where the front line shields the back line to maximize damage output. With the effect of greatly increasing attack speed every 4 seconds, Ranger units can deal damage extremely effectively even at lower levels. For tank units, the optimal choice is the Knight system. The reason is that the Knight and Ranger systems in Teamfight Tactics Season 5 share many units of the same tribe, allowing you to activate additional effects to boost strength.

Additionally, this composition can be relatively easy to build right from the early game since the Ranger units (Vayne, Varus) and Knights (Leona, Poppy, Nautilus) are all very cheap. The power of the composition in the late game is also not low at all when Aphelios is a champion with devastating damage. This unit can hold 2 defensive items like Bloodthirster and Rapid Firecannon while still being able to annihilate the opposing team.
