On March 4, 2024, Vietnam’s leading esports organization – Team Flash collaborated with the top global esports organization – Gen.G Global Academy, to launch the Esports Camp Spring 2024 featuring the first League of Legends training camp held in Ho Chi Minh City. The camp will take place from March 11 to March 15, 2024.

This is the second time Team Flash and Gen.G Global Academy have organized an esports camp together for the youth in Southeast Asia, following the sold-out Winter Esports Camp in Singapore back in 2022. For the Spring 2024 edition, the curriculum will be refreshed and once again led by professional coaches from the global academy Gen.G.

The carefully selected curriculum promises to provide an in-depth experience, focusing on leveraging fun activities and gaming as a foundation for personal development. Students will train their leadership skills, explore new techniques, and acquire new knowledge about gaming from a career perspective, thus understanding that this is a potential profession with many development directions in the future.

After the Esports Camp, Team Flash will also expand career guidance for students who participated in the course, as a special support program. Through collaborative efforts in the esports industry in particular and education in general, Team Flash always strives to make esports education more accessible to countries in Southeast Asia.

“Team Flash is not just an esports organization. When we lead and train our players, we always emphasize values that go beyond the computer screen and traditional standards. Therefore, through the Esports Camp, we hope to attract young people to our training courses more sustainably by providing guidance for our community, promoting positive messages in esports, and inspiring the younger generation in the gaming community.” – Mark Chew, CEO of Team Flash, stated.

“GGA has contributed to the development of professional gamers based on a systematic and professional curriculum to foster esports talent. By launching a scholarship program to encourage the prospects of the next generation of Legends, we will actively support students with potential to come closer to that dream and evolve into professional gamers with excellent skills.” – Wang Guan, General Director of Gen.G Global Academy, shared.

The esports marketing agency, Redd+E Pte Ltd, based in Singapore, is also participating as a strategic partner for this Spring Esports Camp.
