In just over 24 hours, LCK Spring 2024 will officially return after a break for the Lunar New Year 2024. All teams will aim for a smooth first week back, especially those in the championship race and vying for a spot at MSI 2024. Of course, T1 will be one of the most noteworthy names, as this team, along with Gen.G, had shown excellent form before the break. Maintaining that form after the holiday is a significant challenge for any team.

However, just as LCK Spring 2024 is about to return, T1 received bad news from Keria – the team’s Support. Specifically, in a recent stream, Keria went live without a camera. According to information from LCK fans, it seems that the Support born in 2002 has encountered serious health issues. In fact, Keria had to end the stream earlier than usual because he felt unable to complete his work.
Among the stars of T1, apart from Faker, Keria is the second player to publicly disclose his health condition. The T1 Support revealed that after the conclusion of Worlds 2023, there was a time when he was in so much pain that he had to be hospitalized and couldn’t move his neck. Many opinions at that time speculated that Keria had a cervical disc herniation, but the player also mentioned that after receiving timely medical attention and recently exercising, he has improved significantly. However, Keria himself could not confirm that his injury would not recur.

Each player in the current main lineup of T1 is a unified force, and it will not be easy for anyone else to fill their positions. Faker’s case during Summer 2023 is a prime example. And certainly, any disruptions will throw T1 off course and impact the entire season. Especially at the beginning of the year when the MSI tournament is just around the corner after the Spring Split concludes.
