The LCK Cup 2025 is set to witness Faker’s historical milestone
In 2025, the global League of Legends community is welcoming a new tournament from LCK, namely the LCK Cup 2025. While the tournament serves as a branching event for League of Legends in Korea, as well as testing the Fearless Draft, it also brings Faker’s record within reach more than ever. If nothing changes, he will officially set this record in the “media showdown” against KT Rolster.

Accordingly, with just one more win, Faker will become the first player in LCK history to reach 1000 career wins – the highest in the tournament’s history. Currently, Faker has 999 wins and 333 losses, with a KDA of 4.20.
The player with the next highest win count after him is Chovy. However, the chance of Gen.G’s Mid Laner surpassing Faker is quite low. The gap between the two players is more than 300 games, and Faker himself is still set to play for a long time.

Additionally, the League of Legends community is buzzing with excitement over Faker’s historical milestone. Besides the awaited achievement of 1000 wins, Faker’s current total of wins and losses also presents “beautiful numbers” (999 – 333). This shows how talented Faker has been and continues to be, as well as his ability to maximize contributions to his team’s achievements.
