A familiar name to Faker may join HoL
As Riot announced earlier, starting in 2024, this publisher will release a collection of League of Legends skins themed “Hall of Legends” to honor players who have made significant contributions to the global professional League of Legends scene. Two players have already been inducted into the “Hall of Legends”: Faker and Uzi. Recently, a player rumored to be the 3rd addition to the HoL skin list is none other than Bengi.
Information emerges that Bengi will be the 3rd in HoL.
Accordingly, an image is rumored to be a HoL skin of a champion. Looking at the shape and weapon, although the information suggests it belongs to Pantheon, many in the League of Legends community believe it resembles Jarvan IV more. If it truly is Jarvan IV, then the next player is likely to be a jungler. And speaking of the greatest jungler in League of Legends history, one cannot forget Bengi.
During his competitive career, Bengi was regarded as the only jungler who could excel in any meta, from aggressive jungling to control, tanking… Additionally, Bengi is seen as Faker’s “third summoner spell,” and he remains the only jungler to have won 3 World Championship titles to date. In fact, many believe that if Riot did not equally distribute recognition between LCK and LPL, Bengi would have been the second person to enter HoL, not Uzi.
If the information is confirmed, it would be well-deserved for Bengi.
However, Riot has not confirmed the new HoL skin
Nevertheless, currently, this news remains just speculation within the League of Legends community. However, fans have the right to wait and hope. Especially since not long ago, Riot announced that after the HoL skin, they would only create skins based on votes from the council, following the rules without any “special favor.” Therefore, perhaps no one is more suitable than Bengi to become the 3rd person to step into the “hall of legends” of League of Legends.
