So the summer vacation has officially started, meaning students can indulge in their passion for gaming all day and sleep in as much as they want. But this is also the reason why the League of Legends community is starting to worry about the future of their rank grinding.

Troll Kids Everywhere
Once again, the summer vacation brings an annual dread for all gamers who are tirelessly climbing the ranks. Each time, the “troll kids” invade the Summoner’s Rift aggressively, sweeping away everything in their path and leaving teammates (and even the enemy team) in utter confusion.
At first glance, it might seem biased? Where are all these troll kids coming from? Are all the kids on vacation playing League of Legends? If you’re still thinking like that, you should take a look at these images:

Many players complain that around this time every year, they continuously encounter troll kids, game throwers, and even players who feed intentionally, holding Diamond rank while playing like a “Wooden Player,” making their losing streaks endless and impossible to recover.

The age of players League of Legends in Vietnam varies widely, so it’s understandable that many younger children participate in the arena. The vast majority of these kids have not yet honed their teamwork, strategic thinking, and personal style, making it inevitable that they will impact their teammates during matches. Cases like “playing Graves but using combos like Ryze” are rampant; which internet cafe doesn’t have them now?
Ways to Tackle the Issue: Almost None?
You can never know who you will be paired with, nor can you prevent the fact that summer vacation has arrived. League of Legends is becoming more popular than ever, and there’s no way to change the fact that “troll kids” borrow accounts, create their own accounts, and wreak havoc in the Summoner’s Rift.

Be Smart Players
Complaining daily with “Oh no, I encountered a troll kid again today” won’t bring any benefits. Know when to grind ranks and, for instance, if you encounter a “noob,” choose your words wisely to communicate, as the one who will suffer is definitely… only you.

In the end, we still have to coexist with them, but if after one or two matches you still face the “table flipping” situation, it’s best to play normals, do a few ARAM games, or… just turn off the computer and go home. Important reminder stated three times: Climbing ranks is a seasonal affair, don’t be foolish enough to “force it.”

If not, and if you still want to “try hard,” my sincere advice is to ban the “legendary trio”: Yasuo, Master Yi, Zed. Also, play champions with snowball potential to carry the team. Additionally, if you invite a friend to play with you, both of you should occupy 2 out of the 3 positions: Jungle, Top, or Mid lane – which have great carrying potential, don’t both go to the same lane and fall behind!
