Vietnamese Gaming Industry: Accelerating and Breaking Through
The Vietnamese gaming industry is experiencing strong growth, with expected revenue reaching 1.66 billion USD by 2025 and 2.42 billion USD by 2029. Among these, the mobile gaming segment is growing at 7.4% annually – the highest in Southeast Asia. This is an opportunity for local publishers like VTC to break through.
Nearly 20 Years Shaping the Market
With almost two decades of operation, VTC is one of the foundational units for the gaming industry in Vietnam. Titles like Audition, Crossfire, Squad, and Battle Teams 2 are not just games but also a part of the memories of the gamer generation. From its role as a publisher, VTC has gradually transformed into a trendsetter, changing society’s perception of gaming as a profession.

Community is the Foundation for Development
VTC focuses on building a community of players through a series of large events nationwide such as the Audition birthday (15 provinces, over 15,000 participants), VTC Mobile Festival, Squad Tour, SRO Tour… In addition, there are regular VIP offline meetings, fan clubs, and customer appreciation activities.

Social media is also utilized to connect players through discussion groups, minigames, livestreams, and creative competitions. A systematic customer care system ensures a seamless experience, enhancing the bond between players and products.
Elevating Vietnamese eSports
In 2024, VTC will organize over 30 eSports tournaments, from grassroots to international levels. Each tournament has a clear goal: to build a competitive habit, discover talent, and nurture professional athletes.
Some notable tournaments include:
Audition Vietnam Championship, Audition League: An artistic and competitive playground for gamers passionate about music and fashion.
Vietnam Pro League (VPL): A large-scale tournament with organizing costs in one season that once reached 23 billion VND, attracting a large number of online and offline viewers.

CFS Summer Championship, CFVL, the U21 Crossfire tournament: Bringing Vietnamese eSports to the world, with notable achievements such as the runner-up position at CFSI.

Notably, Football Pro Campus – a student tournament organized by VTC – has made a significant impact in the community, and the game has held the top position on the App Store and Google Play for a month after its launch.
Creating Jobs, Creating Social Value
Not just a place for entertainment, the gaming industry is now seen as a new career field with opportunities for income, international exchange, and content creation. VTC’s tournaments generate income for players, commentators, technicians… while also boosting the local economy through service spending, event organization, and digital infrastructure.
VTC also actively integrates Vietnamese culture into eSports activities, contributing to promoting the nation’s image through a modern and potential communication channel.
Long-term Strategy with Technology and People
By combining technology development, workforce training, community building, and professional eSports organization, VTC is creating a sustainable Vietnamese gaming ecosystem. With a long-term vision and flexible strategy, VTC is regarded as one of the key factors in bringing the Vietnamese gaming industry to the region and the world.
