For CTers, many surely still remember the echoes of the showmatch between Team Du’t and Team Minh Nghi that was livestreamed on the social network Lotus at the end of April.
In their first participation in a League of Legends showmatch, Team Du’t left a strong impression with stunning highlight plays and, notably, their fiery spirit and determination not to give up until the final moments of the game. Ultimately, facing the highly tryhard performance from Team Minh Nghi, “teacher” Vu, Dat OC, and Tu To… were defeated (as usual).

Continuing that spirit and also to create a healthy, beneficial, and enjoyable playground for the CTer community, the social network Lotus will continue to host a League of Legends tournament called “Village of Du’t Showdown“. Gathering all fans who love Dung CT (Direct Game) in general and Team Du’t in particular.
Moreover, this is also an opportunity for Team Du’t to “take revenge” and affirm their position as the kings in the Vietnamese… comedy gaming scene.

Still keeping the fun and friendly criteria, the tournament will be a place to discover the best League of Legends players in the CTer community. More importantly, this event will be a chance for Team Du’t fans to meet their idols in-game with a completely new format.
You will once again be able to follow Team Du’t with key members like: Dat OC, Vu Hay Ho, Tu To, A Phểu (Van Phap) and Mai Linh Zuto (who will replace Thuy Cethline). After the experiences from the previous showmatch, Team Du’t has certainly had many opportunities to sharpen and improve their skills.
Speaking about this tournament, captain Vu Hay Ho expressed great confidence in the new format provided by the organizers. Vu stated that Team Du’t has improved significantly this time, so they are sure to achieve a high ranking, “if not first, then at least second”. With the leadership of this talented captain, Team Du’t promises to have a powerful comeback and will pose the biggest challenge to any opponent in the “Village of Du’t Showdown” tournament.

Competition Format and Rules
The teams participating in “Village of Du’t Showdown” will go through high-level competitions to determine the final winning name, which will challenge Team Du’t.
The tournament will include 4 participating teams (randomly selected by captain Vu from the registered list), divided into 2 matchups. The matches will be organized according to the standards of professional League of Legends: 5vs5 Pick/Ban mode, on the Summoner’s Rift map.
Particularly, the entire tournament will follow the Bo1 format – each match will only take place in a single game, and the team that wins that game will automatically become the overall winner.
The 2 winning teams from these matchups will participate in the finals to determine the team that wins the title of “champion of the Du’t village”, receiving a prize worth 3,000,000 VND. At the same time, they will become the name to challenge Team Du’t in the final match.

Note: All participants must comply with the time and tournament format requirements. Any cases of late arrival or insufficient team members as registered will be immediately disqualified.
