Guardian Angel
Since its debut in Season 1, Guardian Angel has been an incredibly strong item, and with the introduction of numerous carry champions in Season 3, this item is even more valuable. The characteristic of most team compositions in Season 3 is an extremely high burst damage potential at one moment, after which the team needs a period to “recharge” or reposition.

Guardian Angel, with its ability to give your team’s carry another life, allows them to wreak havoc one more time. In summary, Guardian Angel is both a must-have item for many champions and has the ability to counter the meta of Season 3, making it an essential part of your composition; the more you have, the higher your chances of victory.

Infinity Edge
Unlike in the original League of Legends, Infinity Edge in Teamfight Tactics not only increases critical strike damage from auto attacks but also significantly enhances the critical strike chance on skills. Infinity Edge becomes even more terrifying when combined with the item Archangel’s Staff; many spell damage dealers can make the enemy team “evaporate” with just one skill cast.

If you choose a physical damage composition, this item is even more essential as it boosts the damage of your carries to extremely high levels. To name a few, many champions perform well with this item, such as Jhin, Jinx, Shaco, Irelia… Infinity Edge can be considered the strongest damage item of this season and is incredibly easy to use for many champions, unlike previous seasons where it was more restrictive.
Morello’s Evil Tome
Sometimes in a match, you will encounter the frustrating situation of having enough damage items but still unable to take down the enemy’s frontline, leading to a loss. In such cases, what you need to do is not to seek more damage items but to craft Morello’s Evil Tome to counteract.

Many may only remember the healing reduction effect and forget that Morello’s Evil Tome also helps the skills of the champion wearing it deal additional true damage based on a percentage of the target’s health. This item is most suitable on champions with area-of-effect skills to maximize damage. Red Buff serves a similar purpose but only applies to single-target auto attacks, and you can’t always play Snipers.
Quicksilver
There are two things that prevent your team’s carry from dealing damage: being taken down too quickly or being crowd-controlled to death. While Guardian Angel addresses the first issue by giving your team an extra carry life, Quicksilver counters champions that can stun early or do widespread crowd control.

Quicksilver has a tremendous effect late in the game when one of your team’s carries can stand in the safest position without fear of being affected by annoying things like pulls from Blitzcrank or knock-ups from Phong Kiem. While this item may not provide a lot of damage, it allows your team’s key units to last longer, execute their skills better, and deal maximum damage, sometimes even nullifying a few enemy champions or items, which can sometimes decide the outcome of a match.
