Fiddlesticks
Not in the jungle or building Ability Power items, Fiddlesticks as a tank in the top lane is currently the strongest playstyle for this scarecrow. It seems that he would be bullied by Fighters in the top lane, but Fiddlesticks’ kit, which includes Fear and Silence, keeps you extremely safe in 1v1 situations because when your opponent can’t auto-attack or use abilities on you, what danger is there?

As explained in the article about Tank Fiddlesticks previously, the rune build for this champion will be Aftershock to ensure survivability from start to finish. The essence of Fiddlesticks is that he is a champion with strong teamfight potential thanks to his ability to fear multiple targets; you don’t need too much damage to have a significant impact on the game. Our only advice is to ban Sylas whenever possible, as he hard counters this scarecrow.

Rammus
A simple, easy-to-understand kit that requires no skill shots perfectly describes Rammus, making this little armadillo extremely suitable for new jungle players or those without high skill levels. League of Legends is a game that snowballs very quickly, and just by successfully ganking a few kills early in the game, you can determine the outcome, and Rammus excels at this due to his crowd control and good engage potential.

In the late game, with a tank build, Rammus is not completely ‘useless’ like other jungle champions; with just a Flash and a Taunt on the enemy carry, you can reach victory. This little armadillo is the top choice for players wanting to get familiar with the jungle role, especially in lower ranks.

Nocturne
Nocturne can be considered an extremely good choice in the mid lane if you are up against enemy mages. He has natural wave clear, decent sustain, an ability to block enemy spells, and his E ability is extremely strong in all-in fights. Upon reaching level 6, you will always be the first to engage in ganks due to the long-range reach of his ultimate, Paranoia.

Since he is a counter pick, Nocturne in the mid lane does not fit well with early picks; you will face a lot of difficulties against champions like Zed, Yasuo, or ADCs in mid. These champions can outplay you with a few skills, but their auto-attack potential is stronger than yours, so our advice is to pay attention to what your lane opponent picks before locking in this shadowy figure.
