The character who may join the Hall of Legends right after Faker could be controversial
In 2024, when Faker is inducted into the Hall of Legends, there was almost no controversy regarding who deserved it more; the LoL community was only concerned about which champion would be chosen and how Riot would design a skin worthy of the “Demon King.” However, after Faker, it seems that every player selected for the upcoming HoL will be a topic of discussion. Specifically, according to some information, the player chosen after Faker could be Uzi – the former legendary Marksman of the LPL.
The name Uzi has caused disagreement among many LoL fans, mainly because this player has never won any international titles other than MSI 2018. However, at that time, Royal Never Give Up was still a powerful force in both the LPL and the global LoL scene. This was also Uzi’s last significant achievement in international competitions.
Since MSI 2018, Uzi has walked away empty-handed from subsequent international tournaments and retired in 2019 due to injury and health issues.

Another issue with the Hall of Legends is that the skins here are too expensive for the average LoL player’s budget. With Faker, Riot still achieves good revenue, but that’s only because it’s Faker – the G.O.A.T of the LoL scene. For other players, this factor is unlikely to be guaranteed.
