Recently, a group of League of Legends players who are also high-tech computer component engineers, have launched interactive software for keyboards inspired by League of Legends, named League of Legends LED and RGB keyboard.
This software is designed to interact with the activities of champions in League of Legends, thanks to pre-programmed memory. The designers have collected animations of the champions in the game and set them to affect the LED lighting system on the keyboard.
This interaction mechanism can be applied to RGB and LED keyboards, with the product used for testing being a keyboard from the Razer Chroma line.
The designers also stated that the most challenging part of creating this work was collecting image data of the champions in League of Legends, encoding them into data files, and configuring them to perfectly match the LED display capabilities of the keyboard.

Currently, this keyboard has been developed to version 4, which includes added interactive effects with the skills of champions Vel’Koz, Ahri, Ezreal, Udyr, Xerath, Twisted Fate, the activation effect of the Eye of the Herald and the Redemption Chain.
Additionally, the designers also shared a downloadable file containing the source code for the effects of the champions, allowing gamers with knowledge and passion for keyboards to customize interaction modes for their favorite champions.
