Zoe
Even before the update, Zoe only played the role of “filler” in the Sorcerer team. However, in the new patch, this position for Zoe is no longer relevant. The reason is that the new Sorcerer playstyle with the introduction of Janna has no room for weak auto-attack damage units with clumsy moves like Zoe.

Furthermore, as a 1-cost champion, Zoe has no impact at all in the late game, while Sorcerer compositions have always been strong at level 8 and beyond. Weak in power and not fitting the new playstyle after the update, Zoe rightfully deserves the title of the weakest champion in Teamfight Tactics right now.
Nocturne
Although a new champion, Nocturne has been and continues to be the weakest unit in the game alongside Zoe. The reason is extremely simple: this champion lacks damage, while being a Spy unit. Remember back in the day, Kha’Zix, also 1-cost, could eliminate opponents very effectively, but Nocturne’s only value is to scare the enemy.

With Shaco heavily nerfed previously and the Super Robot also affected significantly lately, people were hoping for a new Spy unit to carry the team, but Nocturne has been a real disappointment. Perhaps along with Nocturne’s weakness, the Pilot – Spy composition is gradually falling out of the ranks of the strongest teams.
Yasuo
There are two reasons why Yasuo has noticeably weakened after the update: first, he was nerfed too much beforehand, and second, Zed’s arrival. With heavy nerfs applied, Yasuo can only target foes in the front line or mid-lane. However, with the introduction of many new tank units, particularly Gnar, it’s nearly impossible for Yasuo to eliminate opponents.

Moreover, with Zed’s presence, the Rebel composition is much stronger in terms of assassinating the enemy’s key champions, and you no longer need a nerfed Yasuo. In the late game, this champion also has little utility, while for the same cost, Zed at least can reduce the damage of your key champions. In summary, Yasuo is extremely weak at this moment.
Neeko
While in better shape than the three names mentioned above, Neeko is also gradually declining in both usage and win rates. The first reason this champion is not being valued is quite similar to Zoe, as it doesn’t fit the new playstyle with Janna buffing attack speed for the entire team. Moreover, Janna’s ability to knock up almost the entire board means that there’s no need to use Neeko for the effect.

The reason Neeko is still used lies in the fact that this champion has the Guardian trait and is a piece of the Aurelion Sol – Guardian team, which has been extremely dominant lately. However, in the context of a team composition that Riot has also targeted for direct nerfs, the chances of seeing Neeko in action will likely decrease even further.
