Overview of the Kayle Duelist Composition in TFT Set 15
In the early days of TFT Set 15, the gaming community has been continuously experimenting with various compositions. From expensive Exodia setups to “affordable and effective” champions. Recently, a composition that has gained significant popularity is the Kayle Duelist, with the 1-cost champion Kayle as the primary damage dealer. This composition is considered easy to build and helps players climb ranks quickly in the early phase of the new season. Additionally, Duelist champions have a very high attack speed, allowing matches to be concluded noticeably quicker.

Building the Kayle Duelist Composition
In the early game, the Duelist composition will be strong enough but still requires a solid frontline as champions like Kayle or Kai’Sa can be easily taken down early. Even with Zac, it’s necessary to include Aatrox to boost the team’s health. During this phase, players need to hyper-roll to upgrade Kayle early and to funnel resources for the mid to late game.

Moving into the mid-game, around round 3 or at most 4, players should have at least 8 Kayle ready to upgrade to 3 stars. At the same time, activate the 4 Duelist trait at level 6, adding Poppy (if available) or maintaining the lineup with Aatrox – Zac to enhance the defensive capabilities of the Duelist composition. Note that since this composition is currently popular, the chances of being contested for champions are quite high. Players need to frequently “scan the map” to ensure timely upgrades of their champions.

By the end of the match, players will finalize their composition at level 8 or 9. However, since the Duelist trait reaches its peak at level 6 with 7 champions, players may choose to drop the champion Kai’Sa, as this 2-cost champion won’t contribute much without the right items.
The ideal Kayle Duelist composition at level 8: Udyr – K’Sante – Viego – Kayle – Lee Sin Duelist – Ashe – Gangplank – Aatrox

Strengths and Weaknesses of the Kayle Duelist Composition
The Duelist composition features diverse damage output and fast attack speed but comes with the trade-off of having very fragile health. If Kayle is not upgraded to 3 stars early enough, the team can easily be taken down. Therefore, players need to focus on hyper-rolling and searching for the most suitable items to maximize Kayle’s effectiveness.
