The tribes capable of summoning additional elements or powerful units to assist in battles always excite players. This is because the summoned elements inherently possess skills and powers that can “tip the balance” against the opposing team. Furthermore, this can essentially be seen as “hacking” an additional position on the board, putting the opponent in a situation of “fewer units against more units.” In TFT Season 12, a tribe with summoning capabilities is Quirky, which players on the PBE server have come to enjoy due to its significantly comprehensive strength compared to other tribes.

Overview and Operation
The Quirky team composition includes units of all price levels, from 1 to 5 gold, allowing players to activate the tribe early. Additionally, the damage output of Quirky is quite diverse, encompassing magic, physical damage, and the attack power of the summoned elements. However, the defensive capabilities of Quirky are relatively weak, with only Mordekaiser being worthy of consideration as a sturdy champion. Moreover, Quirky is strongest when the tribe is activated at level 10, but in TFT Season 12, reaching level 10 will be quite challenging, and players should only utilize this team composition when they have a Rock Monster carrying the emblem or when tribal emblems are available through cores during gameplay.

In the early levels, players may rely on the attack power of Ashe and Elise. However, Elise is a very solid champion at this stage. If needed, it can be combined with Shapeshifting to temporarily boost strength in case players do not have better champions (like Nilah). For shielding, Nunu and Poppy can be used in the early phase since Mordekaiser is an expensive champion, and Quirky is not a tribe with much durability.

In the mid-game phase, players can reroll to upgrade champions like Elise, Ashe, and Syndra while also completing the 5 Quirky team composition early. The summoned element at this stage will be Malphite, who has good tanking capabilities, enhancing the team’s defensive capacity. Additionally, champions like Nilah need to be optimally equipped to maximize their combat potential.

Towards the end of the game, players need to add powerful champions from the Quirky tribe, such as Nami or Briar, to the board. They should also provide optimal defensive items for Mordekaiser, Hecarim, and Tahm Kench. If possible, players need to expend all resources during the endgame phase to reach the maximum level.
The optimal Quirky team composition at level 9: Tahm Kench – Mordekaiser – Gwen – Nilah – Elise – Nami – Ashe – Briar – Syndra.

Strengths and Weaknesses
The special feature of Quirky is its immense damage output, coupled with support from the summoned elements. However, this team composition is not easy to operate as every champion requires items to be effective, and it is very challenging to reach the highest tribal activation level. Therefore, perhaps Riot needs to enhance the strength of Quirky before the official launch of the new season, or players will need to find more strategies to optimize the effectiveness of this unique tribe.
