Dragon Tribe
As a new tribe with a visually stunning Dragon Fire effect, the Dragon Tribe was highly expected by gamers to dominate the Teamfight Tactics meta. However, reality has proven that the Dragon Tribe lineup is too weak and has drowned in the meta of Season 4.5. Ironically, champions of the Dragon Tribe like Olaf, Shyvana, Swain, and Aurelion Sol are not weak at all. However, when they are assembled into the Dragon Tribe lineup, they cannot unleash their full potential.

Basically, the main forces of the Dragon Tribe need the effects from the system to deal effective damage. No one uses Olaf or Aurelion Sol “solo” without the Butcher or Mage system. As a result, players gradually realized that the aforementioned champions can deal extremely strong damage without needing the Dragon Tribe effect. This allows the main forces of the Dragon Tribe to shine brightly, but no one wants to build this lineup.
Sharpshooters
The Sharpshooter lineup boasts one of the most powerful champions in the game, Samira. This champion possesses destructive power to the extent that Riot had to nerf Samira right from the testing phase. Therefore, theoretically, the Sharpshooter lineup of Season 4.5 could completely dominate the meta. However, when the mid-season update of Season 4 officially launched, this lineup proved to be too weak and could not compete with other team comps.

We need to remember that Jinx and Jhin have been removed in Season 4.5, so the control and effective damage capabilities of the Sharpshooter system are no longer there. This leads to a terrible mid-game for the Sharpshooter lineup as it cannot finish off or control enemy team units. Even when reaching the late game, Samira alone cannot carry the entire Sharpshooter team. With just one Infinity Edge, your Samira can become completely meaningless.
Legends
Cho’Gath is perhaps one of the most impressive champions for players when Riot began introducing Season 4.5. The ability to knock up the entire battlefield is something extremely “crazy” and made players think that Cho’Gath and the Legends tribe would be very powerful. However, the reality is quite different, and the lineup revolving around the Legends tribe is in a very poor position in the Season 4.5 meta. The biggest reason for this situation is that the lineup lacks damage.

Normally, you would utilize having both the Vanguard (Nautilus) and Mystic (Neeko) champions from the Legends tribe to increase the “tankiness” of the lineup. This makes this lineup have too much survivability but lacks real damage-dealing core champions. Keep in mind that Ahri has been removed, and Neeko, even at 3 stars, cannot carry this lineup. Therefore, not many people want to use the Legends lineup at this moment.
