Teamfight Tactics (TFT) Season 7 has traveled about a third of its journey since its launch. This is also one of the TFT seasons with many changes, from traits, items, to Augments, as well as the emergence of Dragon units and five-cost champions capable of “carrying the entire board” on their own. Additionally, there are surprisingly powerful one-cost and two-cost units that can effectively “carry the team” late game despite their very low cost.
However, with time passing and the upcoming arrival of patch 12.12, there will be many changes in TFT. Therefore, in these final days before a series of traits are weakened, players can climb the ranks effectively by applying some of the current strong compositions.
Talon – Xayah “Guo Jing – Huang Rong” Composition
This is one of the very strong compositions in TFT right now, and can be said to be one of the most effective for climbing ranks, even at high tiers, from Platinum and above. Xayah is a champion that, with the right items, at around 2 stars, can “take out” the entire enemy team single-handedly.
As for Talon, his skills are similarly devastating and deal damage that is just as “impressive” as Xayah’s. These are two champions with some of the strongest multi-target abilities in TFT currently. Of course, in patch 12.12, they will also be significantly nerfed.
Lee Sin Dragon Warrior Composition
With Lee Sin as the Dragon Warrior, players will have one of the highest quality 3-cost units in TFT Season 7. Notably, players can enhance Lee Sin’s strength with items that provide the Dragon Guardian trait. Adding some items like Infinity Edge, Giant Slayer, and Guardian Angel, Lee Sin can “take out” the entire enemy team with barely any health lost.
Towards the end of the game, players will bring Yasuo into the mix to create an extremely powerful combo, sweeping away the enemy team with six super-strong Dragon Warriors.
Olaf – Diana “Riding Horses” Composition
The Dragon Slaying composition with the two key units, Olaf and Diana, has never been underrated in TFT Season 7. Olaf’s power can also scale over time. Meanwhile, Diana can easily reach 3 stars and is one of the strongest 3-cost units with magical burst damage currently. Of course, both of these champions will be even stronger if assembled into the Knight composition – a composition with excellent defensive capabilities.
And because they are so strong, Olaf and Diana are also on the list to be nerfed in patch 12.12. But time is still on players’ side, and they can fully take advantage of the time before this composition becomes a memory.
