Ezreal
This can be considered the most annoying champion in the 3-cost tier as Ezreal’s skill increases the energy used for opponents within a fairly large range. In fact, Ezreal is regarded as a strong counter to the Rebel composition due to this faction’s close formation. Not only is his skill versatile, but Ezreal’s origin-class also supports compositions that utilize Gunner as the main carry perfectly.

However, in patch 10.14, Ezreal has been heavily nerfed in both attack damage and energy usage, which significantly reduces his ability to cast spells. Even Ezreal’s already moderate attack damage has been decreased, making this champion in Teamfight Tactics primarily valuable for his effects and buffs for the main carry, while his versatility has been greatly diminished.
Vayne
Being a new champion, it’s no surprise that Vayne dominates with her naturally strong defense and massive damage. Moreover, having the Cybernetic origin allows Vayne to deal a very “unreal” amount of damage in the mid-game. However, in the upcoming patch 10.14, Vayne’s defense and damage capabilities have been affected, likely forcing players to change their item builds for this champion.

Specifically, Vayne loses 50 base health and 10 attack damage, which means she will lose a significant amount of damage, particularly in the early game. To compensate, players must invest in additional damage and defensive items to make up for the stats lost in this patch, inadvertently reducing this champion’s DPS significantly in the late game.
Aurelion Sol
The starship Aurelion Sol has effectively been shot down by Riot Games with some devastating nerfs. In the previous patch, his energy gain time was delayed, and in patch 10.14, the mana gained from Aurelion Sol’s small ships has also been nerfed, along with a significant reduction in damage at 1-star. It seems that the strategy of leveling up to 8 early to get Aurelion Sol to carry the team will no longer be viable.

Our advice if you intend to play a Rebel composition is to adopt a slow roll strategy, especially at level 7, to build a strong team early and preserve health to gradually level up to 8.
