Ohlana is a well-known female streamer with 100,000 followers on Twitch, frequently playing CS:GO and Valorant or creating videos about her travels. She has mixed Canadian and Vietnamese heritage.
Although she was known for often appearing cheerful on livestreams, recently Ohlana frequently posted negative statuses on her personal Twitter account.

Her last tweet felt like a farewell, stating that “No one is to blame for this.” Previously, on July 6, another emotional tweet mentioned Ohlana’s emotional turmoil: “People with depression always struggle to seek help, even when they fight back, those who seem closest always try to force them to conform. With no way out, they sink back into loneliness, where only themselves and the darkness remain, rather than live under the expectations of others.”

On the same day, Ohlana also posted a rather long message on her story. And now that she has permanently left, it seems that was her final message.
“I have cried, loved, and shared so many wonderful memories with all of you who have been, are, and will be by my side. Thank you all for giving me that beautiful time. Looking back on the path I have walked, all the opportunities I received thanks to you, I am truly grateful. From participating in survival games to packing my backpack and traveling around the world… but what I will cherish most are the people I have met along this journey.”
“I have made some mistakes, stumbled, lost, and paid the price for those things. Everything is natural, but sometimes the fog can cover my entire sky. And this storm pulls on another storm that becomes heavier each day… but in the end, we all have our own battles.”

“Today is such a beautiful day. Go outside and enjoy it for me.” – Ohlana ended her emotional notes with a poignant statement. But in the end, no one could help her except herself.
Friends and fans expressed their regret for Ohlana. Colleague and former collaborator Bawnsai shared: “I am so glad to have met you. The time we spent together may not have been long, but those moments were very sweet for me, just like you. Oh my god, you were really funny. I always wished we could spend more time together. I will miss you so much, girl. Rest in peace!”

Nosleeptv also tweeted on his personal account expressing his sorrow over what happened to Ohlana: “She was truly beautiful both inside and out, I am very sorry…”

One of the fans and friends of the streamer, DE4Ner, shared a twitlonger thanking Ohlana for the way she cared for him while he was also struggling with his own psychological battles. “You are someone I will never forget, never. What you have given me, the lessons and memories we shared. You will always be in my heart. Thank you. Thank you for being yourself.”

This is raising a warning about the way content is created online, especially for streamers who often become targets for trolling and attacks. Don’t think that being a streamer is an easy and enjoyable job; they also have their own struggles, and things are sometimes not as simple as they appear.
