6 Soulbound Composition

This TFT composition requires a Soulbound Chosen to reach 6 Soulbound and turn Riven into the main carry of the team. Kennen will join the team mid-game along with other Wardens and is quite a strong champion at this stage to help the team transition to 6 Soulbound easier.

Level 9 Composition: (Riven, Kennen, Thresh, Jarvan, Cassiopeia, Azir, Lillia, Zilean, Vayne)
Level 9 Composition: (Riven, Kennen, Thresh, Jarvan, Cassiopeia, Azir, Lillia, Zilean, Vayne)

Start building this team if you find a Soulbound Chosen early and have items for Kennen before mid-game. Riven’s items are quite easy to find as they are mostly defensive items. In the early game, level up to 4 – 5 if your team is strong and you want to continue your winning streak. If you are weak or not rolling much, don’t level up early and instead save gold.

The Flame Cloak should be the first item you aim for as it is easy to obtain in the early game. You should use it if you want to win streak while reaching level 8. Additionally, in the late game you should throw other defensive items like Dragon Claw, Thornmail to Riven based on what you have. Ideally, you want to find a Soulbound Chosen Thresh, Riven, or Cassiopeia. Getting a Soulbound Chosen Vayne is also good, but it won’t be as strong as a higher-cost Soulbound Champion.

6 Sorcerer Composition

This composition uses 6 Sorcerers to deal a lot of magic damage and turn Annie into an immortal tank. She can become the team’s solo tank with good items, and her ability will provide a substantial shield. Meanwhile, Veigar will be the main damage carry in the back line and will gradually become a monster as the match progresses.

Since this team doesn’t require a Chosen champion, you can be flexible and modify the traits in the team as you like. However, if you find a Sorcerer Chosen or Soulbound Chosen, you can swap a few champions to maximize the trait buff in the team.

6 Cultist Composition

This composition summons Galio, which is currently favored by many players.

Early game (Elise, Kalista, Twisted Fate, Yasuo): You can pick various champions in the early game, but Kalista will be a good carry when paired with another Duelist to easily transition the team into Cultists.

Mid-game (Elise, Kalista, Twisted Fate, Yasuo, Pyke, Evelynn): Ideally, at this point, you have a Cultist Chosen. This will help your team reach 6 Cultists and still have room for another champion to add another trait. Kennen will be the best option in the mid-game even without items, so keep an eye on him.

Level 8 composition: (Aatrox, Kennen, Cassiopeia, Riven, Elise, Kalista, Zilean, Jhin)
Level 8 composition: (Aatrox, Kennen, Cassiopeia, Riven, Elise, Kalista, Zilean, Jhin)

You need a Cultist Chosen to complete the team early at level 8. It can be any Cultist champion, but prioritize Kalista or Elise to have them stand strong in the late game. Kennen is a very strong carry in mid-game, working well with Aatrox and Elise. If you don’t have good items for Kennen, you can swap in Sejuani or skip and choose to go for 9 Cultists. You have a few options to replace Kennen in the late game. Lee Sin can be chosen if you have enough items for Kalista, or Azir can also replace Kennen. If you can reach level 9, you can add Lillia and Thresh instead of Kennen to have 4 Soulbound and use Riven as a carry in the team.

Moonlight Slow Roll Composition

This composition will utilize the Moonlight buff to allow Aphelios to reach 4 stars. Statikk Shiv and Guinsoo’s Rageblade give Aphelios’s tower a lot of magic damage during battles. Choosing a Moonlight Chosen champion will also be easier as you can drop one Moonlight champion, needing to roll for only 2 champions instead of 3.

When you find multiple Aphelios and also find a Moonlight Chosen champion early, consider this composition
When you find multiple Aphelios and also find a Moonlight Chosen champion early, consider this composition

Sylas and Aphelios are the best Moonlight champions, but if you find a Moonlight Chosen, it will be easier to find Lissandra and Aphelios. You can look for other Brawler champions to replace Sylas, but ideally, you should have a 3-star Sylas and Warwick. Aphelios will be very strong if he has enough items, while items like Shojin’s Spear and Rageblade will create a lot of towers. Statikk Shiv and Guinsoo’s Rageblade will deal more damage and will be stronger late game compared to having many towers.

Sharpshooter Slow Roll Composition

This composition starts with powerful 1-cost champions in the early game like Wukong, Garen, Nidalee, and Vayne. Garen and Vayne are prioritized in the front and back lines, while the other two champions are simply to fill the buff requirements.

In the early game, just find the main champions in the composition, ideally you should have Garen, Vayne, Wukong, and Nidalee. At level 6, you want to have 4 Sharpshooters to increase your damage; you could choose Teemo or Jinx as both have better ultimates than Jhin.

The champions you choose in this composition have quite high competition. Although other players may not follow this composition, the champions in this composition can pivot easily later on. But don’t let this stop you from choosing them in case you can roll quickly. Nidalee and Vayne work well together when one champion uses attack items while the other uses Morellonomicon and Tear of the Goddess. Garen is also quite strong if he has defensive items.

9 Warrior Composition

This composition uses Warrior Chosen alongside the Warrior Flag to reach 9 Warriors at level 8. Warwick will hold the Warrior Flag, and the whole team will gain a lot of stats if you can complete this composition.

In the early game, you will definitely want to have 3 Warriors or at least 2. This will help you win and save gold early through the innate buff, and ideally, you want to secure early victories. (Nidalee, Garen, Jarvan IV, and Wukong). At level 6, ideally, you find a Warrior Chosen to have 6 Warriors early, which contributes to building a strong composition as you will need a good economy to get all the champions you need at level 8.

The Warrior Flag is quite easy to obtain since the Giant’s Belt is usually not contested. Therefore, if you find a Spatula early, you can have the Warrior Flag right from the start. Katarina will be the main carry in mid-game as she deals a lot of damage, place Katarina in the middle of the team so she can throw her knives at many enemy champions regardless of their position. Warwick with Rapid Firecannon seems ineffective because if he holds this item, Warwick won’t benefit from the fear effect in his skill.

In the later stages, let’s move on to compositions built around a strong champion during this phase.
