Karma
At the beginning of season 5, Karma proved to be a very strong magical carry with the ability to cast spells continuously in the late game. Although she wasn’t nerfed directly, Karma and the Celestial composition are heavily “out meta” in patch 11.10. Players have gradually realized that the cheap Celestial units do not support Karma much in dealing damage. As a result, this composition easily falls into a damage deficit and loses crucial rounds.

Furthermore, the pace of the game has accelerated significantly before stage 5, which has also diminished Karma’s damage output. Teamfight Tactics players now tend to roll heavily at level 7 to quickly upgrade their entire team to 2 stars. Meanwhile, Karma players can often only have her at 1 star by level 7. This is far too little damage to help secure victories in the mid-game.

Sett
About a week ago, the “Shrimp Sett” playstyle was still extremely dominant with the item combo of Infinity Edge and Bloodthirster. However, with the release of patch 11.10, Sett has become incredibly weak both in terms of damage output and tankiness. Previously, in patch 11.9b, Riot nerfed Sett’s interaction rate with Attack Damage at 3 stars. This has made Sett’s damage no longer sufficient for your team to win, even when this unit is upgraded to 3 stars.

Moreover, many compositions with strong tankiness have become very popular in patch 11.10, further limiting Sett’s damage output. Just imagine how difficult this “high-class thug” will have it when trying to deal damage against extremely tanky compositions like Knights and Champions. Therefore, investing in Sett is no longer effective, and this champion is gradually being removed from players’ lists of potential carry champions.

Vayne
The Vayne – Infinity Gauntlet playstyle was incredibly strong in patch 11.9 with its overwhelming true damage. However, in patch 11.10, this playstyle has disappeared from the meta after being heavily nerfed by Riot. First, the true damage capability of Vayne has been significantly reduced at levels 2-3 stars. Furthermore, the requirement for the Infinity Gauntlet to have champions cast spells to achieve a 20% critical strike chance has made it much weaker in Vayne’s hands.

As a result, compositions revolving around Vayne have seen a serious decline in strength in patch 11.10 and are no longer as viable as before. If you still have a passion for the Vengeance composition, the advice is to look for carries that can deal stronger damage like Hecarim, Draven, or Katarina instead of investing in Vayne.
