There is a playstyle that high-level Teamfight Tactics players are gradually teaching ordinary players, which is to build compositions based on the items they have. However, in most cases, it will be a mix of items, for example, when you have a Wooden Bow, a Cloth Armor, a B.F. Sword, and a Belt, it is indeed difficult to determine what composition to play, whether to focus on magic damage or physical damage, Sorcerers or Cannoneers…

Therefore, gamers have come up with a composition that gathers all champions who can utilize all types of items well, diverse in damage types, called the Destructive Marksman. With two main carries, Kayle and Jhin, you can flexibly use items without worrying about lacking damage in the late game.

Because there are two 4-cost carries, this composition requires a lot of gold to level up and get 2-star for important units. This reason makes your early game playstyle focused on saving gold and building the strongest composition possible. You can either play a losing streak or a winning streak; however, the most important thing is still to save gold and not force a roll.

By the mid-game, the first power spike will be when you have Kayle, ideally with a Guinsoo’s Rageblade for her. If not, you can let Xayah farm too many Wooden Bows or Jayce if you get too many Giant Slayers for damage, the goal at this point is still to save gold and level up as quickly as possible.

The strongest phase of this composition is at level 9, when your team carries have all the key items and the traits are complete. Your damage will be extremely abundant with Kayle in the mid-range, Jhin taking down single targets, and Miss Fortune cleaning up the rest. The crowd control will be provided by Wukong and Ashe with their Ultimate Frozen Arrows.

As for items, Kayle and Jhin still use their essential items. For the frontline, the most important item to have is the Ionic Spark, and the most suitable unit is none other than Jayce. This unit has incredibly high damage with his ability; with an Ionic Spark, he can carry you through the mid-game. Later, when the damage is no longer significant, his ability to reduce magic resistance will still be useful and help Kayle and Miss Fortune clear the battlefield.
