Weight Training
If you don’t know, this technology trait helps the Brawler units in your formation recover 2.5% of their maximum health. On the surface, this trait seems powerful, but in reality, it is extremely “weak” compared to other recovery-related upgrades. First, looking at the recovery stats, if your Brawler units have 2000 health, it only provides 50 health per second. Meanwhile, other technology traits like Comeback and Cosmic Blessing offer much lower recovery abilities.

Moreover, the weakness of this trait is that it only provides recovery for Brawler champions alone. The other units do not benefit from this technology trait at all. Therefore, even compositions using Brawlers never adopt the Weight Training trait for their formation as it yields very low effectiveness. Perhaps Riot needs to increase the recovery stats or make this technology trait able to heal the entire team in the next patch.
Complete Heist
Theoretically, this is considered a technology trait that further enhances the snowballing capability of the Gang – Assassin composition. This is because it provides a significant amount of gold when Gang units survive after each round of combat. However, in reality, this technology trait is extremely “weak” in the current meta and is rarely chosen by players. The root cause is that the way this trait operates is completely contrary to the playstyle of the Assassin team.

Being a slow-roll composition, the Assassin team is often very weak in the early game and easily loses. Therefore, you rarely gain additional gold from winning rounds when using this composition. Furthermore, players usually focus on leveling up a few key Gang units (often Braum, Shaco, Akali), so even if they win, the amount of gold earned is very low. If Riot increases the amount of gold based on surviving Gang units, then this technology trait might be slightly stronger.
Learn More, Keep Learning
It’s not an exaggeration to say that this is the “weakest” technology trait in Teamfight Tactics right now, as it is both difficult to meet the requirements and the benefits received are too low. With only 5 skill damage gained after each round, this is a minuscule number to create a difference in damage or healing capabilities. Moreover, this trait requires you to keep the Scholar units in your team alive for as long as possible to accumulate stats, which inadvertently makes it difficult for players to “pivot” their strategy.

Furthermore, to receive stats from the Learn More, Keep Learning trait, the Scholar units must survive. However, most of the champions in this system like Zyra, Janna, Yuumi mainly play support roles and rarely get defensive items. This results in a very low elimination rate for Scholar units, and picking this trait is essentially a “handicap” for opponents. Perhaps Riot should completely rework this technology trait.
