Shojin Spear
In the first half of season 4, Shojin Spear was an item closely associated with Jinx as she could cast her abilities continuously with this item. Therefore, when Jinx was nerfed and then removed in the mid-season update, Shojin Spear was no longer favored by players. However, when the hyper-roll meta exploded in patch 11.3, Shojin Spear suddenly became an extremely hot item. The reason is that it is perfectly suited for Nidalee, a very strong carry in Teamfight Tactics at this time.

People have realized that each bounce attack from the Ranger trait also provides energy for Nidalee when she possesses the Shojin Spear. Therefore, just reaching 2 Rangers is enough for Shojin Spear to enable Nidalee to cast her abilities continuously. This greatly increases Nidalee’s damage potential, especially when this champion hits 3 stars. It is recommended that you assemble the Shojin Spear for Nidalee as soon as possible.
Trap Claw
Basically, Trap Claw is considered a relatively good counter to the current meta if used cleverly. Many strong team comps in the 11.3 meta can deal significant damage from a distance, such as compositions centered around Nidalee, Aurelion Sol, or Kayle. Additionally, the hyper-roll meta will push champions’ skill damage to a very high level, so the effect of blocking one ability from Trap Claw is more effective compared to Quicksilver.

The difficulty here is that you must use this item accurately and based on the situation of the match. If the opponent has many champions with dangerous melee abilities, equip Trap Claw to a frontline unit to reduce their threat level. In cases where you are up against opponents with a strong Aurelion Sol or Nidalee, equipping Trap Claw to a backline carry is the best way to mitigate the damage from such units.
Stormrazor
With the hyper-roll playstyle being favored currently, it is common for players to face many 3-star champions. These 3-star units have superior stats and damage, so quickly taking them down is quite difficult. Clearly, not every player can have Lee Sin to kick away such units, so players have turned to a simpler solution: using Stormrazor.

If you use Stormrazor correctly, players will be able to effectively neutralize the significant damage from their opponent’s 3-star units. At that point, your team can easily deal with the rest of the enemy team and isolate that 3-star unit when Stormrazor’s effect expires. Even at 3-star level, 1-2 gold units would find it hard to win against your entire team. Therefore, if you encounter opponents using the hyper-roll strategy, Stormrazor is an extremely good option.
