Runaan’s Hurricane
Before the 11.4 patch was updated, Runaan’s Hurricane seemed to be suitable only for a few champions like Olaf and Shyvana. The reason was that only these champions had sufficient damage output to leverage the effects of Runaan’s Hurricane. Once the 11.4 patch was updated, players discovered that this item interacts too strongly with the effect of the Butcher system. Therefore, you can equip Runaan’s Hurricane on Zed, Samira, and Pyke as well.

Another composition that needs this item is the Warlord composition with Kalista as the main carry. Keep in mind that Aurelion Sol is still very strong, so equipping Rapid Firecannon can sometimes be a disadvantage, causing your carry to be taken down quickly. Therefore, equipping Runaan’s Hurricane on Kalista will help this champion deal damage effectively and survive much better. You also don’t need to worry too much about attack speed since Kalista already has Sivir buffing a lot of these stats.

Blue Bow
With the hyper-roll meta of patch 11.3, 3-star champions had enough damage to take down opponents’ compositions thanks to their superior stats. Therefore, the armor reduction effect of Blue Bow was not very useful, and this item was rarely equipped. However, as the meta of rolling for 3-star champions became less popular in patch 11.4, players had to find other ways to increase damage for their carries. At that point, the value of Blue Bow increased, especially in the context where physical carries are still strong.

For the Butcher composition, the champion you should equip this item with in the late game is Samira. This champion can unleash many attacks with her Infernal Shot skill, giving her a very high chance to activate the armor reduction effect from Blue Bow. Another composition that players should also equip Blue Bow early is the Sniper. Remember that the bouncing shots from this system also apply the armor reduction effect from Blue Bow. This will help the Sniper composition deal massive damage.
Dragon Claw
Once regarded as “out of meta” in previous patches, Dragon Claw has become much more useful in update 11.4. The reason is extremely simple: this item helps you counter high-damage magic carries like Kayle and Aurelion Sol very effectively. Clearly, as these champions remain strong in patch 11.4, Dragon Claw will become an item that Teamfight Tactics players must equip.

With champions like Kayle, Aurelion Sol (and to some extent Veigar), items like Quicksilver or Trap Claw do not counter them effectively. You can stun Aurelion Sol for a few seconds with Trap Claw, but other champions can still protect this champion from being taken down early. Meanwhile, Trap Claw is a far less effective item when it helps your carry avoid taking magic damage too quickly.
