Vladimir
Currently, the Dark Mystic – Rebirth composition with a 3-star Vladimir as the main carry is still a viable choice for players to climb ranks. The strength of this composition lies in its ability to make Vladimir incredibly resilient, thanks to strong healing and considerable damage output. Once you assemble the Demonic Staff and the Celestial Staff, your Vladimir is nearly invincible during the mid-game.

However, with Season 5.5 arriving, all Dark Items (including the Demonic Staff) will be removed from Teamfight Tactics. Losing this crucial item will significantly reduce Vladimir’s healing ability and eliminate his capacity to “carry the team.” Furthermore, the removal of the Dark Mystic trait in the upcoming Season 5 will render the strategy surrounding 3-star Vladimir ineffective. This is because Vladimir will no longer receive continuous energy to use his abilities as before.
Hecarim
It’s not an exaggeration to say that half of Hecarim’s current power lies in the combination of Bloodthirster and Shadow Shiv. With the Shadow Shiv providing a large boost to ability damage, Hecarim’s ability, Soul Reaver, will deal significant damage and heal him immensely. At that point, Hecarim’s durability will increase, and Bloodthirster will convert this into massive damage on his next attack.

Meanwhile, the Shiv and Giant Slayer only provide magic resistance reduction and stat boosts. Therefore, when these two Dark Items are removed in Season 5.5, Hecarim will no longer have adequate tools to deal damage. It seems that in the upcoming Season 5.5, Hecarim will only serve as a frontline tank in the Vengeance composition. The reroll strategy and pushing Hecarim as the main carry with the Knight – Sorcerer composition will likely be wiped out in the future.
Ziggs
The current main strategy for the Evil team is to use Ziggs as the carry with the “core” item being Statikk Shiv. With the effect of reducing up to 70% magic resistance on every second attack from Statikk Shiv, Ziggs can deal damage and support other units like Kennen in the early game or Teemo at the end of the game exceptionally well. It’s safe to say that one of the primary conditions for successfully building the Evil team is to have Ziggs and Statikk Shiv.

However, when this item and other Dark Items are removed, Ziggs will appear significantly weaker in the early game. Theoretically, you could use the Statikk Shiv to replace the aforementioned Dark version. However, having to spend an extra normal attack to reduce the opponent’s magic resistance will greatly decrease the damage output of the Evil team in the early game. It seems that in the upcoming Season 5.5, the Evil team will revolve around Tristana in the early game instead of Ziggs as it currently stands.
