The surreal cosplay photos by Pion Kim, intertwined with Orianna’s storyline, have become a masterpiece. This is not just an ordinary photo set; it embodies love, longing, mistakes, and eternal sadness.

Nestled among the grocery stalls on the streets of Piltover is the workshop of the renowned inventor Corin Reveck. Famous for his craftsmanship of artificial limbs, Corin’s designs are stunningly beautiful, often more refined than the original parts. His daughter, Orianna, works as his apprentice – eager and friendly, she fits perfectly into the role of running the shop, and she is gradually evolving into a talented artificer herself.

Orianna possesses a soul passionate about exploration, but her father, concerned for her safety, never allows her to leave their neighborhood. Instead, he often takes her to theaters, where dancers narrate stories of distant lands through their movements. Orianna dreams of one day visiting those strange and beautiful places through the puppeteer dolls she crafted herself.

News of a disaster in Zaun reached their shop. An explosion had fractured a chemical pipeline, releasing toxic gas clouds. Orianna pleaded to go help the victims, but Corin stopped her. Zaun was far too dangerous for her.
And then, with the maximum supplies she could carry, Orianna sneaked out under the cover of darkness, taking the elevator down to the depths below. The devastation was horrifying. Debris lay scattered everywhere, and the people of Zaun had to navigate through the toxic smoke, using greasy rags to cover their faces. Night after night, Orianna returned to repair respirators and install air filtration systems. She even gave her gas mask to a child who was suffocating.

Her father was furious, but shortly after she returned, Orianna fell gravely ill. Her lungs were so badly damaged that recovery was impossible. Refusing to accept reality, Corin threw himself into his most ambitious project ever: a pair of artificial lungs with full functionality.

After many sleepless nights, he finally completed his daring plan and performed the surgery on her himself. To prevent her from sneaking away again, the lungs were attached to a special key that Corin secretly hid.

Orianna returned to work, but the poison continued to spread throughout her body. The two of them had to work tirelessly to develop new parts to replace her organs as they deteriorated. One by one, Orianna’s body gradually transitioned from biological to mechanical, until only her healthy heart remained. Corin invested his entire fortune into this protracted – and costly – process, but he saved his daughter. For a moment, they felt happiness.

Gradually, Orianna began to feel distant from her former self. Old memories now felt like tales being told. Even her creativity began to fade as the puppeteer dolls she loved became mere complex machines rather than works of art.

Years passed, Corin’s chest pains rendered him unable to work, and Orianna was forced to support him. She became a skilled puppeteer artificer, even as she could no longer feel joy while recalling what had inspired her work. The tiny dancers brought in decent income, but it was never enough to afford something she believed could save her father. For this, she turned to an alchemist in the area.

Orianna never questioned how he had obtained a Hextech crystal. She simply paid the price he demanded. However, just before she could use it, the alchemist returned a second time and asked for more money. Then came a third time. As her funds dwindled, Orianna realized that the next time would surely involve bloodshed. She gazed at the incomplete crystal device, still too crude and powerful for an ordinary person’s body. And she found a rational solution. Corin needed a heart that no one could take from him.
She spent weeks preparing, crafting a winding ball – integrating it with her mechanical body, ready to store the crystal. After giving her father a sedative, she began the surgery.

Corin merged with the last remnants of the daughter he had once known and loved. She listened to her father’s heartbeat throughout the night, blending with the silent hum of the Hextech mass within the winding ball floating beside her – but she felt no fear or regret, only acceptance. She had become something entirely new, a winding lady, and she would need to find a more fitting place outside of that vast world.
When dawn broke, she collected the key attached to her lungs, and with a simple wave from the ball, it was secured to her back. And then she left forever.

Corin awoke to find the workshop filled with hundreds of tiny puppets. But among them, there was one he vowed never to sell: a golden dancer that required no winding, spinning in an endless dance.
