Not long after Suning found their winning taste at LPL Summer 2021 with a devastating performance against JD Gaming, the fans of this team received another piece of good news as their rank-pulling expert, the thief, the support boss – SofM, has once again returned to the top 10 Challenger on the Korean server.
Over the past month, alongside training and competing, with SN achieving positive results at LPL, SofM has also begun his journey of try-harding in Korean ranks. In the last 2 days, his rank has skyrocketed from top 20 to top 12, and he officially made it into the top 10 after a streak of 7 consecutive wins.

At the end of the spring tournament, SofM also spent some time in the top 15 Challenger Korea by spamming the champion Nocturne, but later, he stopped grinding, probably due to coinciding with a resting period after the season.

SofM’s best achievement recorded was being in the top 5 Challenger Korea, and that feat was accomplished nearly a year ago, also in this July period. In the 2020 season, alongside SofM’s impressive rank-climbing performance, his Suning team also created a miracle by finishing LPL Summer 2020 in the top 3, securing a ticket to Worlds and even claiming the runner-up title in their first appearance at this tournament.
A year later, SN’s journey is now much more challenging, but the opportunity to achieve the set goals remains intact. This team is facing a huge chance to secure a playoff spot, and if they maintain the form and performance like in the match against JD Gaming, the competition for a Worlds spot is still completely within SofM and his teammates’ reach.
