However, that was not enough. Keria’s mobility was too troublesome. This champion’s Rumble executed Rocket Rain plays that prevented Shogun from playing the game. An SGB composition lacking mobility simply couldn’t counter T1. Faker and his teammates concluded the group stage with a rather devastating victory.
With this achievement, Faker and his teammates accomplished all their objectives in the MSI 2022 group stage while also testing their full roster. Looking ahead to the Rumble Stage, T1 will definitely need to be more cautious as the opponents there are all very strong.
As for SGB, this defeat has provided them with many lessons as well as allowing Coach Ren to prepare additional strategies for the “young Buffaloes” ahead of the Rumble Stage. However, if they play focused and give their all, SGB has the potential to cause surprises in the upcoming Rumble Stage.
