The Sea-Invitational is an international online PUBG Mobile tournament organized by Team Razer, featuring participation from 10 countries across Southeast Asia.
Among the 10 participating countries, Vietnam will send two strong representatives: V Gaming PUBG Mobile and Matrix United. The tournament will kick off tomorrow, June 26, in an online format.
Competition Format:
20 teams from 10 countries will compete in the qualifiers with 12 rounds of play. Rankings will be determined by the total points of the two teams from the same country.
The top 8 countries (16 teams) with the highest rankings will move on to the finals. The ultimate winner will be decided based on the rankings of the countries on the overall leaderboard.
Matrix United’s “star-studded” lineup consists of experienced and veteran players. They are among the leading players in Vietnam’s PUBG Mobile scene, including names like Cows, GE, Bucky, and more. Matrix United is known for their aggressive playstyle and isn’t afraid to “clash” with any opponent. Additionally, their experience and competitive spirit are key strengths of this team.
On the V Gaming side, after parting ways with key player Alpha, they immediately bolstered their roster with two powerhouse members: C H U A and Tom. C H U A is regarded as one of the young talents in Vietnam’s PUBG Mobile scene, while Tom is a former player from Why So Serious. Furthermore, they retain their strong trio from the recent PMPL Season 1: Bensu, NamShinn, and TuấnZ. With their smart movement and strategic combat, V Gaming PUBG Mobile promises to achieve high results at the Sea-Invitational. They are also highly regarded for their strategic thinking in this game.
In a conversation with V Gaming PUBG Mobile, captain Bensu shared: ‘This is a tournament we have been eagerly anticipating. All the teams participating in the Sea-Invitational are very strong, and we will have to be extremely careful in our movements as well as thoroughly study our strategies. But one thing is for sure, my team and I will do our best to win the championship.’
