The Hacker meta is too strong in patch 13.7
In patch 13.7, Riot Games made some notable adjustments to the Hacker system. Although they removed the 2-unit threshold, this system will always provide the champion carried by Hecarim with a full 10% lifesteal. Combined with pushing LeBlanc to be the main carry, the healing provided by the Hacker system becomes extremely significant for the team.

This allows players to build many damage items to quickly take down opponents. As a result, when combining Hackers with champions like Gnar, Draven, etc., they can easily obliterate opponents with minimal counters. Thus, the Hacker meta was born and dominated Teamfight Tactics.
Riot’s Changes in Patch 13.8
A major adjustment that Riot will make in patch 13.8 is removing the full 10% lifesteal for champions carried by Hecarim at the 3 Hacker threshold. Furthermore, the total lifesteal that Hacker champions possess will significantly drop from 30% down to just 10%. This will make the playstyle centered around LeBlanc as a carry much weaker in the upcoming patch.

Moreover, the two key tank champions in the Hacker playstyle, Blitzcrank and Shen, will also face nerfs. Specifically, the durability from the abilities of these two units will decrease significantly at 2-star level. Now, players must level them up to 3 stars to have enough capability to withstand fights. Not stopping there, a series of Hero Augments for LeBlanc and Draven will also see a reduction in damage capabilities.

Conclusion
With a series of adjustments from Riot Games, Hackers and the playstyles surrounding this system have become significantly weaker. Hopefully, the changes in patch 13.8 will end the dominance of the Hacker system and open up a more interesting meta for Teamfight Tactics.
