In fact, a former manager of SE was involved in a scandal regarding player salaries and fan-donated charity funds; that person is T.C – the most notorious former manager of this team.
Recently, he appeared in a news segment about a nationwide activity from South to North in celebration of the upcoming National Day on September 2nd.
