The shining stars of Vietnamese eSports gather at VPBank Presents T1 in Vietnam: The Promise Fulfilled
The Vietnamese LoL community is hotter than ever as the famous homegrown players will unite on the battlefield in a historic showmatch against T1, the team that has won the World Championship six times, including the “Unkillable Demon King” Faker. The All-Star lineup features players who have captivated millions of LoL fans over the past decade.

Levi – the pioneer of the All-Star lineup – just retired not long ago but immediately “picked up the mouse” when he heard the news of his teammates gathering. Even though he has stepped away from the professional spotlight, Levi remains an unchanging icon in the hearts of Vietnamese gamers. His return this time is not about titles, but a declaration of his intense love for LoL and the fan community.
Following Levi is SofM – the “jungle god” who once made waves in the LPL (the leading eSports tournament in the region), who just announced his return to the professional scene amidst the excitement of millions of followers. The fact that SofM and Levi will wear the All-Star jersey together feels like a “dream come true,” as these living legends of LoL Vietnam will team up. SofM also expressed his excitement on social media: “This is an opportunity for me to interact, learn, and compete with the top players in the world right in my hometown.”
The lineup will be even stronger with the inclusion of Kiaya – the top lane warrior known for his consistent performance and exceptional team-carrying ability. The combination of Kiaya – a new generation player with Archie (Muội Mập) – a “big tree” of LoL Vietnam, brings both emotion and skill to the All-Star team. Archie – who faced T1 (then SKT) at MSI 2017 – reunites with Faker after 8 years, closing a historical circle. Meanwhile, Kiaya will be the main offensive force in the top lane, balancing youth and experience for the entire team.
And of course, the All-Star lineup would not be complete without the name that makes the stage “explode” every time he appears: Teacher Ba. Without discussing his expertise, Teacher Ba is the soul of every event, the bridge between the gaming community and the grand stage. His charisma and charm are unmatched. His presence will turn the showmatch into more than just a game, but a celebration of emotions, where laughter, memories, and community spirit unite as one.
Each of the five names represents a different era and role, but when combined into a lineup, they symbolize the development of LoL Vietnam over more than a decade. The highlight match at VPBank Presents T1 in Vietnam: The Promise Fulfilled is not just a simple showmatch, but a “living memory” of the finest moments in Vietnamese eSports.
T1 Takes the Stage – A Historic Milestone for Vietnamese eSports
Among the countless eSports events that have taken place and are happening in Vietnam, there has never been a confrontation as intriguing and exciting as the match between All-Star Vietnam and T1. Since VPBank officially announced that T1’s lineup, including Faker, would come to Vietnam, social media has exploded with hundreds of thousands of posts, comments, and reaction clips from the Vietnamese fan community. It’s not hard to explain this – T1 is not only the strongest eSports team on the planet but also a symbol of a generation that loves LoL worldwide.

This is also the first time T1 will hold a fan meeting in Vietnam. From Faker – the “Unkillable Demon King” – to star players Keria, Oner, Doran, and Peyz, all are thrilling millions of Vietnamese fans. Even T1’s own fan page confirmed, “can’t wait to meet Tê Con,” along with a post introducing the event in Vietnam – showing just how excited they are.
Therefore, when the two teams – one embodying the spirit of Vietnamese LoL, and the other representing global excellence – step onto the main stage, it will be an unrepeatable moment. A match where fans will witness Faker casting spells, SofM shining, Levi calling the team, Kiaya sweeping, and Teacher Ba entertaining…
The historic showmatch between All-Star Vietnam and T1 will take place on December 21, at the main stage of the Vietnam Exhibition Center (VEC), with a 500m² LED screen, expected to gather thousands of live viewers and millions of online viewers. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for the Vietnamese gaming community to meet their idols, interact with international superstars, and fully embrace the spirit of eSports.
The day before (December 20), the All-Star players will also participate in the lineups for the Four Dragon tournament – where the teams Dragon Fire, Dragon Earth, Dragon Wind, and Dragon Water will clash under the leadership of Levi, SofM, Teacher Ba, and Kiaya respectively. Events like cosplay, T1 championship trophy exhibitions, gaming areas, food stalls, and side stages will also continuously occur throughout the two days, turning VPBank’s event into the grandest eSports festival ever held in Vietnam.
The heat of the event has caused many fan meeting ticket tiers to sell out within hours. Currently, only two tiers remain: Diamond 1 (priced at 3,900,000 VND) and Diamond 2 (priced at 2,800,000 VND) with the last tickets. With these two tiers, fans will receive exclusive perks such as: limited edition Coolmate t-shirts (for Diamond 1 tickets), handwritten letters from T1, a full team photocard, tote bags, and cheering fans’ paddles to witness the historic match in person.
