Once again, the “bug master” Vandiril has discovered a severe bug in League of Legends patch 11.9. This bug is not just related to champions, items, or runes, but rather involves all three elements at once. According to Vandiril, this bug not only puts players at a disadvantage but can also change the course of the game. The unfortunate part is that this bug is occurring in patch 11.9, the version being used at MSI 2021.
Specifically, the lifesteal stats from certain items like the Deathcap, Rod of Ages, Moonblade, Serpent’s Axe, and the rune Ravenous Hunter from the Domination tree are experiencing serious issues when interacting with certain champions like Gangplank, Samira, Ezreal, Fiora, and more. In the uploaded clip, when Gangplank uses Q – Parley, Ezreal uses Q – Mystic Shot, or Samira uses R – Inferno Trigger or W – Lunge from Fiora, the healing received does not correspond to the total lifesteal stats recorded on the items and runes.
This is a very serious bug, especially when just the right amount of healing at the right time could allow professional players and high-ranked gamers to turn the tide of the match.

It’s worth noting that this bug is not new, yet it still persists even though Riot announced fixes in the patch 11.9 update. We can only hope that Riot will take specific actions soon to prevent this bug from causing more serious issues, especially as MSI 2021 is currently unfolding under intense conditions.
