Keria Mentions the Ongoing Flaws of T1
Recently, T1 overcame the currently challenging opponent DK to secure their spot in the LCK 2025 playoffs. With the new format changes, T1’s victory over DK can be seen as a 50% guarantee for this team to qualify for the 2025 World Championship. The remaining chance lies with Gen.G, as the defending MSI 2025 champions only need to defeat KT in their Round 3 match for T1 and HLE to head to China together. However, T1’s goal remains the championship title, and they have flaws that need to be addressed as soon as possible.

Specifically, Keria stated: “Both teams are excellent, so we need to maintain high concentration. However, since the end of last season, our team fighting capability has encountered issues. Some flaws that appeared during practice have resurfaced. As long as we improve those flaws, I am confident that we won’t lose to any team. We will review everything thoroughly and prepare well in the upcoming time.”
In fact, T1’s strength years ago was their ability to engage in team fights with three or more members. However, currently, this strength is gradually being countered. Opponents are reading their plays and responding strongly, or the game situation is not conducive for T1 to rely on team fights to regain an advantage.

But T1 Also Has a Great Chance to Compete for the Title
Since the Road to MSI 2025, T1 has consistently maintained dominance against HLE. As for Gen.G, the match between these two teams has never been a one-sided result for the reigning MSI champions. In some matches, T1 has even been able to secure victories. This will serve as a good foundation for T1 to gain confidence in the crucial phase of the domestic league, while also alleviating their title drought in the LCK that has lasted since the Spring 2022 LCK.
