Specifically, in the files of the PBE server, players discovered that Riot is preparing for an event related to the Steel Legion and Cosmic Threat skin lines. The storyline of this event is likely to be organized similarly to a diary of Admiral Glasc about characters such as gender, name, age, and identifying features…
For certain characters that will definitely have new skins, we have Garen and Lux, as they are directly mentioned. Other characters like Irelia, Varus, Nasus, and Janna seem to have a new name encoded, so the chances of them getting new skins are quite high.
With Kai’Sa in the Steel Legion skin, this character is mentioned in great detail, including the type of weapon used, the last known coordinates, and the bounty amount. This means Kai’Sa is also a very important character for the Steel Legion event that Riot is building.
If you remember, Riot has recently had a habit of bringing old skins into new events and giving them a Prestige version. The latest example is Star Guardian Syndra, whose Prestige version will appear in the next patch.
