The issue regarding GAM Esports’ salary debts seemed to have settled down, but recently, former coach Tinikun posted a detailed explanation about the operational system, financial status, and the process of seeking sponsors for GAM over the past two years, from 2018 to mid-2020.

The post is lengthy and nearly summarizes Tinikun’s entire activity at GAM during this two-year period. Specifically, besides coaching, Tinikun also took on the role of seeking sponsors, supporting image advertising contracts for partners, as well as directly participating in player transfers.
The content of the post is as follows:

Concluding the overview of GAM’s operational methods during the initial phase, the remainder of the post discusses how the previous owner of GAM and Tinikun had to put the team up for sale. And when GAM changed ownership, that’s when the financial scandals began to escalate (even though salary delays had already been present).
In a recent comment, Mr. L. – the former owner of GAM also stated that the new management team of this team still owes him 200 million VND. This issue was also mentioned by Tinikun in the aforementioned post. Additionally, in many of GAM’s competitive and operational activities, Tinikun and several other members had to spend their own money to manage:

It is evident that in this post, Tinikun has provided readers with a massive amount of information and quite detailed statistics about GAM’s operational methods, as well as the hidden corners behind the scenes.
At the end of the post, he bluntly criticized the management of GAM Esports for not making any effort to pay off the listed debts above. Tinikun mentioned that not only Zeros, but coach Yuna also asked him to reclaim the 40 million VND salary owed: “You tell Mr. Vinh to pay me, I have 1000 in my pocket, I still need to borrow 300k from Palette.”
However, while the debts remain unpaid, the management of GAM can still afford to buy cars and travel to Phu Quoc. Although not stated explicitly, it seems Tinikun wants to imply that the leadership team of GAM is showing signs of bad faith and intends to “default on debts”.

Furthermore, the issue regarding Zeros was also mentioned by this former coach, and at the end of the post, he promised to publish a separate article discussing why the Zeros transfer to China fell through and the issues related to salary debts between Zeros and GAM.
Tinikun also revealed that the amount GAM currently owes Zeros is exactly 100 million VND, and there are still no signs of wanting to pay. What’s noteworthy is that in contrast to Tinikun’s flurry of posts, GAM Esports has chosen to remain silent. This team has hardly issued any statements about the incident since the operational director Izumin’s post.
It seems this story will go even further, as the former GAM coach expresses determination to “set the record straight” and help the players and coaches reclaim the salaries and bonuses they believe are being delayed by GAM.
