Specifically, in the statistics from December 2023 to September 2024, this player has topped up a total of 21,541,369 FC + MC (which are virtual currency values in FC Online). This amount, converted to VND, is equivalent to approximately over 10 billion. It can be said that this is truly a fortune, and the sum of 10 billion might take a lifetime of hard work for an average person to earn.
Below the post, there are various opinions from gamers. Some are astonished by the enormous amount topped up in less than a year. Meanwhile, others express skepticism, suggesting that this could be an account boosted by Garena. Perhaps those who play “pay-to-win” games are well aware that publishers sometimes funnel employee accounts into the game with the latest or strongest gear at the time, forcing regular players to spend even more to compete.
Yet the Amount Still Falls Short Compared to Many Legendary “Tycoon” Gamers
Nevertheless, according to many, the 10 billion amount in less than a year can still be overshadowed by many legendary “tycoon” gamers in the Vietnamese gaming scene. Many might still remember BeoKaKa – the renowned tycoon of the game Kiếm Thế, who once “smashed” a whopping 1.5 billion VND into the game to complete the Phi Phong Vô Song Vương Giả set. Notably, the figure of 1.5 billion VND was merely the “minimum” amount that gamers at that time believed BeoKaKa had spent in the game. And that sum was just from one top-up of the wealthy male gamer back in 2010.
If you are still wondering about the difference, back in 2010, the gold price was only 36.1 million VND per tael. In contrast, the current gold price is nearly three times that figure.
