Faker’s Injury is Not Simple
In the documentary clips from T1 or from Faker’s own revelations, viewers have learned that his injury is quite severe. This is the result of long hours of training and competing in a harsh environment. Faker himself has a habit of only resting his hand on the mouse while letting his wrist hang to achieve the best reflexes.

However, the recent images that fans have “spotted” further highlight that Faker’s injury is beyond imagination. In one photo, Faker’s right hand appears severely deformed. The wrist bone is bent downwards and the wrist joint is almost protruding out. According to some assessments, Faker is suffering from severe varicose veins.

Even when holding the FMVP trophy, Faker still shows that his right arm does not have the usual strength. This is because he is right-handed but is holding a heavy object (the trophy plaque) with his left hand. When Faker raises his hand to pose for a photo, it is also clearly visible that his wrist joint is noticeably protruding.

Fans Offer “Tough but Caring” Advice to Faker
Clearly, the longer Faker plays, the more severe his injury will become. “He should take a break. Now or in the future, no one will surpass Faker. Even if this game lasts another 20 years, I think it will be the same. I know no one wants it, but Faker should just rest,” a fan shared.
However, for Faker himself, he has stated multiple times this year that he will continue to contribute. Therefore, the likelihood of Faker resting before 2025 is almost certainly not going to happen. Additionally, he has one more year left on his contract with T1, and it may be after the 2025 season that he will make new plans for his future.

At this moment, perhaps the audience, although very worried for Faker, must also accept his choice and hope that T1 will take good care of their “Demon King.”
