Not long ago, the roster representing the LPL region in the 2022 ASIAD League of Legends (LoL) tournament underwent a change. Specifically, two players, 369 and JackeyLove, withdrew due to personal issues. They were replaced by Bin and Elk from Bilibili Gaming (BLG). Additionally, BLG’s Jungler – Xun was also called up to the roster for the upcoming ASIAD.

With these changes, the LPL League of Legends team is practically a mini version of BLG. This makes sense as BLG has been performing exceptionally well in the current LPL Summer 2023. After finishing the Group Stage, BLG topped the leaderboard with 15 wins and only one loss.

Therefore, LPL fans are extremely optimistic about the quality of the League of Legends roster at the upcoming ASIAD. As for the players from the LPL region, they also seem very confident about their chances of winning the gold medal. Recently, player Bin revealed a special advantage he has in achieving the highest results.

“To be honest, the Korean team will be our biggest rival at the upcoming ASIAD. I have faced many LCK teams before and have a pretty high win rate. Therefore, I am quite confident that my teammates and I can take them down to win the gold medal,” Bin shared in a recent interview.

As Bin stated, this player has a very high win rate against LCK teams in recent tournaments. In fact, at MSI 2023, Bin’s BLG took down both Gen.G and T1 in the lower bracket to advance to the grand finals. Even at MSI 2022, when Bin was still with Royal Never Give Up, he defeated T1 to claim the championship.

Therefore, it is understandable that Bin is confident about defeating the Korean team (which includes many members of T1 and Gen.G). Hopefully, Bin and his teammates can maintain this confidence to achieve the highest goal at the upcoming ASIAD 2022.
