Bin is the “greatest counter” of JDG
Recently, BLG defeated JDG with a score of 3-2, continuing their journey in the LPL playoffs, aiming for their first title of the year as well as a spot at the World Championship for last year’s runner-up. However, looking at the score, it’s hard to imagine the match’s progression as it was JDG who took the lead after the first two games. From here, news emerged proving that Bin is indeed JDG’s “greatest counter.”

Accordingly, this defeat for BLG marks the second time in history since participating in the LPL that JDG has been overturned after leading 2 games in a BO5. In both instances, JDG’s opponent utilized Bin in the Top Lane position. The first time was during the Spring 2022 LPL playoffs, where JDG lost to RNG. And everyone knows that RNG subsequently became LPL champions while also defeating the undefeated T1 in a highly controversial MSI final.
Additionally, this victory against JDG is also the first time in BLG’s history that they managed to come back after being down 0-2 in a BO5. In fact, even considering all the international tournaments BLG has participated in, they have never achieved something similar.

Bin and BLG still have a long journey ahead in the LPL
Although they showed strong resilience in the match against JDG, BLG has indeed faced many difficulties and their gameplay is full of inconsistencies. This needs to be quickly addressed as not every opponent will allow BLG to “turn the tables” like JDG. JDG themselves are currently not regarded as a strong contender for the title in the LPL.

As the only remaining “full China” team capable of competing for the title, BLG certainly receives a lot of expectations from the LPL audience. However, their performances so far have not been truly convincing, and the League of Legends community in China has the right to be concerned as LPL representatives head into the upcoming World Championship.
