After a few intense days of competition at MSI 2023, the names competing in the Winners’ Finals have been determined. Specifically, T1 and JD Gaming (JDG) will face off in this match for the first ticket to the Grand Finals of MSI 2023. The losing team will still have a chance to “make a comeback” in the Losers’ Finals.

As the top contenders for the championship, the upcoming clash between T1 and JDG has garnered significant attention. Even the players from both sides have been asked extensively by the media about this match. Among them, Ruler of JDG appears to be very confident about defeating T1 to reach the Grand Finals.

“I watched the match between T1 and Gen.G and believe both are strong opponents. T1 seems to still have a few issues and they could collapse if they play without focus, even for a short time. We (JDG) are also a strong team and will maximize T1’s mistakes to defeat them. It will likely be a tough match, and we will win with a score of 3-2,” Ruler shared with the media.

Ruler’s confidence is completely justified as he is currently in peak form. It is no exaggeration to say that Ruler is the strongest player that JDG currently has. In the previous match against BLG, he even achieved a staggering statistic of dealing 1133 damage per minute.

However, T1 also has outstanding players and enough basis to compete with JDG in the upcoming match. It should be noted that Gumayusi has been well taken care of by his teammates and has also had some brilliant performances in recent days. Therefore, regardless of the outcome, the upcoming match between JDG and T1 promises to be extremely exciting and intense, especially in the Bottom Lane.
