The anti-fans are taking excessive actions against Gumayusi on Faker’s special day
According to recent information from LCK, the well-known anti-fan group of T1, particularly targeting Gumayusi – T1Gall, has begun to exhibit behaviors that can be described as crossing the line. This group hired 9 trucks to protest, driving from the SK headquarters (the parent company of T1) to the team’s building with criticisms aimed at T1’s upper management, implying that the team is choosing players based on “affection rather than skill” and attacking the T1 CEO for abuse of power.

Notably, this convoy of trucks appeared right before the match against KT Rolster on April 10th (Vietnam time). Moreover, this match is not just another familiar “telecom battle”; it marks Faker’s 1000th game since his debut. This is a historic milestone for Faker, LCK, and the League of Legends community. However, Faker’s special event is at risk of being overshadowed by a segment of anti-fans behaving outrageously.

Even on many forums, Faker’s own fans are expressing discomfort with these actions. After all, reaching the 1000-game milestone in a single league, especially in the LCK, is not something just anyone can achieve in their career. As of now, only Faker is on the verge of setting this record. However, instead of celebrating, everything is being drowned in drama. Not to mention, Faker’s previous anniversary was used by these anti-fans as an excuse to attack Gumayusi and his fans.

T1 is showing helplessness regarding the Gumayusi incident
And of course, as always, T1… is doing nothing. This team hasn’t even bothered to clarify the leaked feedback from coach Tom a few days ago, quietly deleting the VOD of Smash’s stream instead.
It can be said that contributing to the rampant behavior of the anti-fans, which has led to the current situation on Faker’s anniversary and T1 players in general, is the “result” of the actions of T1’s upper management. It wouldn’t be surprising if this team is only remembered for the drama rather than their achievements in the 2025 season.
