Since receiving a Global Ban punishment from Riot for his controversial remarks during a sensitive period of the pandemic, former SBTC Esports player Zeros has shifted to being a streamer and has achieved certain successes. However, this has come at the cost of frequently facing “unbearable” penalties from the platform or sometimes even causing self-inflicted issues. Previously, such incidents were confined to the influence surrounding the former SE star. This time, however, it has affected someone seemingly unrelated to Zeros – commentator Văn Tùng.

Specifically, Zeros was recently banned from YouTube once again and was notified for copyright infringement. However, it’s worth noting that in his announcement to his audience, Zeros cropped part of the letter, only revealing the name of the reporter as Văn Tùng. This led to the VCS commentator getting into trouble. Recently, he has become one of the names attracting attention due to some comments directed towards Gen.G and Peanut. Now, this “windfall” has caused the famous VCS commentator to face backlash from a portion of Zeros’ fans and the VCS audience.

Immediately, the commentator had to issue a clarification. Văn Tùng stated that he had no involvement in the incident. He even publicly shared his history of reporting violating channels for the community to compare. Additionally, according to an image of the full email sent by YouTube, it was discovered that the former SE star may have deliberately hidden the reporter’s email (which was not even Văn Tùng’s email). Many opinions suggest that Zeros is intentionally shifting public opinion to attack the VCS commentator.

Currently, the incident continues to attract discussions within the VCS community. Meanwhile, both Zeros’ post and Văn Tùng’s clarification have disappeared. It is possible that the commentator and his management company have contacted Zeros to request verification of the incident to prevent any adverse effects on Văn Tùng and their company.
