Zeros – the “king of punishments” of VCS is a name that is probably no longer unfamiliar to the online community in general and the Vietnamese League of Legends community in particular. Even international fans of the MOBA game published by Riot know Zeros after the global ban due to his careless remarks regarding the pandemic. From being considered one of the most outstanding players produced by VCS, Zeros has “self-destructed” severely just because of his thoughtless speech.

It was expected that after the punishment, Zeros would reflect and seek reconsideration from Riot and the VCS organizers, but no. This player seems to be “freed from shackles” and ready to make even more shocking statements. Just like during the incident where Dia1 was investigated for allegedly “colluding” with the management of SBTC Esports while playing for GAM Esports, Zeros also criticized the black-and-yellow team despite having no connection to the matter. Later, the former SE star even had a falling out with former coach Tinikun – who had always supported and assisted Zeros at all times. Additionally, there have been numerous instances of him bringing up the salary debt issue from 2020, despite having no evidence himself.

One of the incidents involving this player occurred in mid-2021 related to GAM and player EasyLove. Specifically, as soon as the mid-season transfer window of 2021 for the VCS region began, Zeros publicly shared messages concerning EasyLove’s salary on social media, prompting the player to immediately respond to clarify. Not stopping there, when EasyLove transferred to a new team, A.S Esports, Zeros made his own friend feel disheartened by continuing to push the salary issue.

Recently, Zeros once again engaged in a controversial action by publicly sharing a message “tempting” GAM’s former AD Carry to fix matches for the First Blood. Specifically, EasyLove’s A.S.E team is participating in a showmatch organized by Teacher Ba called the Tam Kê Cup against SE Junior. This may just be a playful act by Zeros, and the story was later deleted, but it is clear that the actions of this former player, regardless of their intent, are unacceptable. Not to mention, EasyLove would certainly not be foolish enough to do something that could affect himself and his new team.

As for Zeros, after the punishment, even before the start of the VCS Winter 2021, he expressed a desire to be unbanned. However, it is clear that Zeros shows no goodwill or signs of remorse. Thus, the day he returns to professional League of Legends is still very, very far away.
